Established in 2019, Friendly Faces In Lonely Places has been a beacon of hope for those in need. Born from the compassion of a few individuals who saw the growing challenges faced by the homeless, vulnerable, and addicted, our organization has tirelessly worked to provide essential support and empower lives.

At Friendly Faces In Lonely Places, we offer diverse programs and services. Our team provides one-on-one addiction support, hot meals, clothing, shelter, and essential supplies to the homeless. Our food bank assists individuals affected by the cost of living crisis.

Founder, homeless outreach coordinator, and supported housing co-ordination lead
Christian Lovell
Christian has multiple years of recovery and lived experience with addiction and homelessness. Christian has a heart that is dedicated to helping those in need and goes to great lengths to help those who want to change their lives do so.

Founder, fundraiser, and community support coordinator
Katie Lovell
Katie has multiple years in recovery from addiction and has a wealth of experience in various support roles. Her experience includes working within the criminal Justice system and supporting vulnerable adults.
Katie has been mentoring for many years and has a special interest in helping vulnerable females with the ability to empathise from many perspectives due to a wide range of lived experiences.

Paul Marks
Paul has been involved with Friendly Faces In Lonely Places since we started and has always played a role in creating ways to support those in need. Paul leads lots of behind the scenes roles which are vital for the successful running of what we do
